What to include for each topic
Something is not working
Open “Feedback” at the bottom of the extension's side panel. It opens an email to us. The current version does not add any details for you, so please include the extension version, your browser and the page where it happened. If the extension is not installed yet, use the feedback page.
Payments and refunds
In your email, include the account email you bought with and the payment method. The refund rules are in the refund policy in the terms of service.
Privacy and data requests
To view or delete your data, email us as described in the privacy policy. Send it from your account email so we can confirm it is you.
