Can it make citations for journal articles or books?

No. This tool only handles web pages and websites. Journal articles, books and theses need their own document types, so use a reference manager.

Are my entries uploaded?

No. The citation is made in your browser, and this page does not submit a form.

Why can't it fill in fields from a pasted URL?

The page content has to be read where the page runs, and this site cannot read it alone. The Quick flomo extension runs on the pages you open, so it can capture them automatically.

Does it cost anything?
